QUILTS [and updates]

Finally a SUNNY day to take pictures of the latest niece quilt

This is the front with RILEY  appliqued on in pink.

 the back using up all the scraps. [I know some of you know how much I love scrap quilts]
This is the first of three quilts I am working on for the little girls on the East Coast.
{ see Sadie looking on}
The second top is done just need to get drawing for the back.
But this week, I mean month is already packed......My baby graduates in a week from college!!!
UGG where has all that time gone?
We will be having celebrations here at the house and in Greeley. I was given the list of "favorite" foods for the celebration. She wants a teara to wear too!!!!!
And I have one for her.....crazy.

My nephew is also graduating from high school. I am in charge of the cake for 50 people.
Better get busy.

The OR raised over 3 thousand dollars for the food bank, 2100.00 of that from the bake sale.
Who ever thought bake sales could bring in that kind of money but then we are good bakers and for a GREAT cause.

Are those moose on the bottom quilt? My son who knows his animals well said that they were moose. He loved that quilt. What are the other things appliqued on it?
