HOME

In less than 24 hours this girl should, if everything runs on schedule, be in DENVER with her mother's arms around her.
Wish I had as many arms as an octopus to wrap around this child , I am so proud of her.

QUILTING and HOME

I was reading over my blog and realized that I used "quilts" in the name of this blog. However I have posted few pictures of the quilts that I am either working on and or have completed. I have more posts on knitting than quilting. One reason for this is that the majority of my quilt pictures are on the "big computer" not my laptop.
So I hope to start posted more pictures of the quilts I have lying around the house.

16 more days and this beautiful girl will be home safely tucked in her mother's house. At least for awhile before she starts her next adventure.

CAMPING AGAIN

Eric and I decided to head up to the mountains for the July 4th week-end or at least for several days of the long week-end. I must say it was beautiful!!! I live in one of the most beautiful parts of the country.
Eric fly fishing . He is a really long way out there, good thing I had my telephoto lens with me.
West branch off the Laramie River
State flower: Columbine .
Getting ready to grill brats that turned out to be Italian sausage. It was not very good and we ended up eating a huge dish of strawberry short cake with lots of whip cream! Jealous Caitlin?
Soon you will be back and eating whip cream with us too! And real cake, good cake, pretty cakes! 17 days till landing in the USA.
