yes, it’s another post and so soon! i had to get past those bad christmas photos, really our christmas was wonderful not the at all like the poorly focused photos in the previous post.....sorry.
since i am being totally transparent, i must confess i forgot to take pictures of all the sewing knitting gifts that were made this season, ( i might add without gloating, but they were all so very well received), and everything fit well with the exception of one shirt of Natalie’s.....sleeves need to be lengthen 2 inches. the bliss list included 2 tailored wool shirts for nathan, 3 corduroy tailored shirts for the girls, 2 pairs boot topers, 1 pair wrist warmers, 1 hand spun cowl, 1 hand spun hat, 1 alpaca hat, 1 pair wool socks and 3 pairs soft and cozy pajama bottoms...wow!
and of all that i only have pics of the boot toppers and socks.
i really need to get better at documenting my sewing and knitting.
we had a white gift sent our way on christmas afternoon that lasted through the 26th, beautiful new white snow! mr.p got the chicago kids to the airport safe and sound though they were delayed an hour, everyone was home in their own beds friday night.
and i, i spent the afternoon cleaning up and knitting trying to keep the blues at bay. i am always a wee bit blue when the holidays are over, particularly when sending kids home so far away from me.
my three children are adults now and as it should be they have their own life’s to live and get back to it they must, though what wonderful memories we had here during the week of christmas!
today, i am cutting out fabric for mr.p and myself.
stay warm and safe!

Your knits are just beautiful, and I love your Christmas photos. They show lots of happy faces having a wonderful time. I'd love to get a better look at the quilt on your wall.
Oh just all that snow! It's beautiful, as are your Christmas knits, especially the mittens - Happy Christmas!
