I AM SO HAPPY

To be home and not at work !!!
I have fulfilled my "working up" at the hospital, so now it is back to PART TIME, HALF TIME !!!

On Monday I made 10 liters of laundry soap and I love this stuff.
I used Down to Earth recipe
Easy, easy.

Early this morning I went out to the garden to check on my plants and I am satisfied that I will have plenty of beans to put up in August.

Loads of tomatoes.......did you know that tomatoes are considered a "super food"?
I love to eat fresh tomatoes right off the vine.

Roses are at the end of their first blooming

And this clematis plant is huge and covered with light and dark purple blooms.

Now when I tell you what I did today do NOT think " oh my she has flipped out now".
This is home made dog food. Yes you read this correctly.
I am very allergic to my dogs and they shed a ton of hair. So I thought maybe if I made them some better food they would not produce so much dander and shed less.
Will let everyone know how this all works out.
Oh and some how the dogs knew this was for them, they stayed at my feet all morning while I was cooking. And they loved their new food at dinner, thought they had hit payday !

Continue to work on these blocks that are just a modified star block that looks like a bow tie block.

I love little scraps

This quilt is made from the "left overs' of this quilt.
Happy Friday .

I've made a quilt from that fabric too. It's cute stuff.

They licked their lips and said DELISH !

Eileen,

Thanks for visiting my blog and for your kind comments. I love your mouse quilt. It's charming.

I am having a lot of fun scrolling through your archives. And I must say that you live in one of the most beautiful western states. Rocky Mountain State Park is one of my favorite places that I have visited.
