it’s wednesday: which means YARN ALONG with ginny. Love that blog, her writing, the family life she and her husband are carving out for their 7 children, not to mention all the great knits and book recommendations.
i joined a group on line called 15in15, which is a group that asks spinners to spin 15minutes each and every day in 2015. I can manage that;-)
louise- i am on the sleeves now, this knit continues to be a joy to knit. who couldn’t love knitting such a wonderful pattern using quince and co. yarn? I think MadderMade is now my favorite designer, I know my girls like louise.
pulled out the featherweight for some piecing, a red and white quilt that caitlin started maybe 2 years ago. yup, i’m finishing it. i really enjoy doing mindless things like easy knits, spinning, and strip piecing
fabric. ok i love to “run fabric through a well tuned, humming machine....talk about getting into the zone, pure ZEN!

I too am in love with the maddermade patterns right now(and Quince&co!). Love the colors for your louise. I made a Lottie for my four year olds birthday and have an Immie and a li-li hibernating at the moment. I am trying very hard not to order every pattern on the site at this point:)
What a great idea to have a spinning challenge. I meet with a group of ladies every Friday to spin but lately we've been doing more knitting than spinning.
Now how did you know that i would help you declutter by taking those precious furbabies? ;) Just got caught up with you post-Christmas...you have so many fun projects in the works. Happy new year Eileen.
